The Journey Continues: Preston Dyer’s Bedouin Experience will run at the International Museum of the Horse from March 1, 2017 through November 5, 2017. The International Museum of the Horse follows the journey of Preston Dyer as he embarks on the second leg of his trip to the middle east to seek out Arabian bloodstock to bring back to America. Come see the dramatic photo-documentation of Preston Dyer and his crew as they immersed themselves in Bedouin Life to learn more about the ever intriguing Arabian horse.

A Trip to Egypt: Preston Dyer's Search for New Arabian Blood

The International Museum of the Horse is exhibiting the first of three exhibitions chronicling the Middle Eastern adventures of Preston Dyer as he sought to acquire new Arabian blood for his employer, William Randolph Hearst, in 1947. Photos in the exhibition are by John Williamson, an Arabian horse breeder and cereal magnate/grandson of W.K. Kellogg.

Ted Bassett: A Kentucky Legend
