Equine: Get up close and personal with our beloved horses! Help is needed in the farrier shop, during daily shows and with general stable duties such as washing, stall mucking, grooming, tack preparation, harnessing and much more. These are busy and hard working barns. You will get your boots dirty! A training orientation is available for those who have little or no experience with horses, but are interested in learning!
Park Representative: Volunteers advise and direct guests on how to best enjoy their time at the KHP. Representatives must be positive and outgoing and be dedicated to having a broad knowledge of the KHP and its rich history. Help at the daily shows, give tours and assist with special events!
Behind the Scenes: Volunteers are needed to help with office duties, museum exhibitions, cleaning, landscaping and general maintenance around the grounds. Contribute your skills in the museum with research and conservation or help in the Marketing and Business offices. There are lots of opportunities for you here!
