The Country Heir I Hunter Jumper Show is a 5-day hunter/jumper show, and is the first part of a 2-part show series conducted by Country Heir. This is a USEF-sanctioned event.

Riders are given the opportunity to school their horses on the famous Kentucky Horse Park cross country course. For a $35 fee, riders can school their horse for four hours on the course.

A new and FREE activity will begin at the park this summer! The Kentucky Horse Park Run/Walk Club will meet every Monday from June 1- September 28 between 5-8pm.


For nearly four decades, the Kentucky Horse Park has hosted events featuring some of the most physically fit athletes in the world, both two- and four-legged.

Governor Steve Beshear will be the keynote speaker at the opening ceremony for the Traveling Vietnam Wall at the Kentucky Horse Park July 10.

The Maker’s Mark Secretariat Center is hosting a Family Fun Day that will include games, activities and horse demonstrations that showcase the MMSC retraining process.
