MidSouth Regional Pony Club Rally
Approximately 350 ponies and horses from across the nation will compete in this horse trial sponsored by the MidSouth Pony Club. This is a team competition for pony club members. Trade show.
After the competition on Saturday, visit the Breeds Barn at 6pm for the John Henry Memorial Equine Adoption Fair, in partnership with the MidSouth Pony Club. Adoptable horses, food vendors, music, live & silent auction, and more.
Included with park admission.

JOHN HENRY MEMORIAL EQUINE ADOPTION FAIR
Rain or shine, we'll be in the Covered Arena so no one will get wet!
At the John Henry Memorial Equine Adoption Fair, we'll feature
adoptable horses (representing a number of breeds) from several equine rescue organizations in the area.*

We will also have a
cash bar, food vendor, live and silent auction, door prizes, and
all proceeds will benefit the Kentucky Horse Council’s Horse Welfare Fund, which has already saved the lives of many horses and ponies across the state of Kentucky though its emergency hay bank program. Items include a week-long pass to the Ryder Cup, a Winter Getaway in West Palm Beach and a Queen-size Tempur-pedic mattress.

Live Bluegrass music from 5:30-6:30 provided by Dale Pyatt of Chicken Grease.
This event will take place in partnership with the MidSouth Pony Club Mega Rally at the park, with the assistance of the Kentucky Horse Council.
*Adoption transactions are between the individual adoption agencies and the potential adopter(s). Anyone who is interested in adopting can begin the adoption process with the agencies, but will not be able to take horses home that day.
To bid on auction items, you must register upon arrival. Registration and food vendor open at 5:30; cash bar and silent auction open at 6:00; live auction throughout the evening; and adoptable horses shown throughout the evening.

AUCTION TO BENEFIT HUNGRY HORSES!
Join us for a live and silent auction to feed hungry horses in Kentucky!
The auction will take place during our
John Henry Memorial Equine Adoption Fair. Rain or shine, we'll be in the Covered Arena so we won't get wet!
All proceeds will benefit the Kentucky Horse Council’s Save Our Horses (SOHO) fund, which has already saved the lives of many horses and ponies across the state of Kentucky this year though its emergency horse hotline.
Among the live auction items are a pair of week-long passes to the 2008 Ryder Cup Golf Tournament in Louisville, donated by the PGA; a fabulous polo vacation in Florida, donated by the Lexington Polo Club; and a Queen-size Tempur-pedic mattress!
