Note for 2010 Season
The Kentucky Horse Park Campground will be closed August 30, 2010 to October 15, 2010 for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. The Campground has been designated as groom’s village and will be closed to the public during this time. Fort Boonesborough State Park is the nearest state park campground to the Kentucky Horse Park and is now accepting reservations for the period of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. Premium rate applies to summer holiday weekends which require a 3-night minimum stay.
Maximum site occupancy is one RV/trailer or two tents, two personal vehicles, and 8 persons.
Water is turned off at sites November 1 – March 31 but is available at dump stations.
10% discount for Seniors 62+, AAA/CAA members, military and disabled with card.
Campground Pavilion
Extras
Pavilion rentals include access to all recreational areas except the swimming pool on a first come, first served basis. By leaving a deposit with the KHP Campground store staff, Pavilion renters may sign out basketballs, softballs and bats, horseshoes, croquet, and badminton sets. Equipment must be returned before the store closes for the day; depending on the time of year, this varies from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Group rates on admission to the park are extended to renters on the day of the rental. Adults: $12.00 Children (7-12): $6.00 Children (6 and under): free of charge
